Facility Rentals
The Village of Mayo rents Village facilities such as the Mayo Community Hall, Kitchen, Curling Lounge, Meeting Room, as well as tables, chairs, and tents.
Renters are asked to call ahead to check on the availability. If the Village facility is available for the date requested, the renter is asked to provide the name and address of the person/company that will pay the rental, and to sign the rental agreement.
Deposit is required at time of booking.
Keys for the Village of Mayo facility will be issued the day of, or one day prior to, the rental date.
Renters are responsible for cleaning the facility including washrooms used during the rental.
Renters must sign out the facility keys and return them as soon as possible after the rental.
